Skills and qualifications:
- Have mechanical experience the motorsport sector and or willing to learn
- Be able to follow instruction quickly and effectively
- Be highly motivated and work well in a team
- Have effective communication skills
- Ensure that the cars are maintained to the highest standards of safety
- Be able to work unassisted and ensure all targets are met without fail
- Have excellent problem-solving abilities quickly and efficiently
- Ensure all paperwork is kept up to date daily within the required timescales
Assistant roles include:
– Assisting No1 Technicians
– Assisting tyre technicians
– Oppertunity to progress to be a main technician
Technicians:
– Previous motorsport experience essential
– Ensure that the cars are maintained to the highest standards of safety
– Weekend preparation & support of race cars
– Liaising with the race drivers and data engineers
