We support drivers from all classes in the MINI CHALLENGE. With Arrive and Drive packages as well as owner driver support, we can cater our support from a test or track day, a single round or a full season.
Andy, an electrician from Bury St Edmunds came to us to prepare his road going Mini into a track day car. Andy quickly progressed from track days into racing in the MINI CHALLENGE in the Cooper Amature class.
Andy is a perfect example of how AReeve Motorsport can help drivers develop their driving and take the step into racing with all of the support they need.
Everything was a learning curve with Andy, but he is very focused and committed and has improved race after race, taking his first top step to the podium at the Brands Hatch Mini Festival.
Aaron races in the MINI CHALLENGE Open class. His preferred car is his much loved r53 Cooper S JCW. He’s literally experienced the high and lows of motorsport, suffering mechanical issues on a number of occasions, usually because he’s too busy looking after other cars to get his own car ready. He’s also stood on the podium a number of times this season and enjoyed some fantastic racing.
Daryll brought his Mini to Arreve Motorsport to have it built to race in the MINI CHALLENGE.
George has been racing in the MINI CHALLENGE JCW class for the 2017 season and for the last three rounds has joined AReeve Motorsport. George had previously been run by his Dad, Mick but they felt that by joining a team they would have more support on the car and better data to ultimately improve his already good results.
Kevin is another driver that has come into racing after completing a good number of track days with us. In 2017, Kevin joined the MINI CHALLENGE Open class and has steadily improved throughout the season.
Richard has been racing for a number of years, he’s raced in Time Attack in a MINI R53 and VAG trophy. Richard has been racing in the 2017 MINI CHALLENGE JCW season and has improved his results progressively throughout the season.
Sarah has been with AReeve Motorsport for the 2017 season. Following completing some test days, Sarah completed a round in the MINI CHALLENGE Cooper Pro class and another in the JCW class.
Stu Lane joined the MINI CHALLENGE in 2016 after coming from karting and has enjoyed some great results. Stu also works in Motorsport so balances seat time in the car with working, supporting teams, drivers and the MINI CHALLENGE championship with their websites and social media throughout race weekends.
Tim has taken the popular route of track days to racing and joined the team in 2017. Tim is completing in the MINI CHALLENGE Open Class and has steadily improved throughout the season.
